AppBasic
Joe Taylor Monday 19th January 2004, 7:45pm
AppBasic is billed as "the easiest way to write standard RISC OS applications for the desktop". AppBasic is freeware, and produces finished applications that are standardised and require no additional resources to run. It has generated considerable interest amongst programmers in the RISC OS community, particularly after the talks Joe has given at a wide range of other user groups throughout the UK. Joe will be showing how to turn a program idea into a fully working RISC OS desktop application in mere minutes, as well as talking more generally about AppBasic, and answering questions. Joe is firmly convinced that the best way to see how useful AppBasic is, is to see it in action - so don't miss this opportunity. If you can't make it to the meeting, more information can be found at http://www.jettons.co.uk/riscos/toolbox/
