December is the one and only month in which ROUGOL meets downstairs, due to high seasonal demand for restaurant space upstairs. We don't have any set topic or speaker for this meeting, so it's an ideal opportunity for informal discussion, web browsing RISC OS sites together on the big screen, and various RISC OS games.

We'll hopefully be having a look at Alan Buckley's RISC OS port of the game Thrust, and also the new Heroes of Might and Magic 2 levels CD, Era of the Phoenix.

There should also be a chance to try out the latest version of the Netsurf web browser, and some desktop utilities. If we can get an Iyonix or A9home to the meeting, we might also try installing the Firefox 2 web browser.

Please bring along any recent issues of RISC OS magazines that you may have, so we can all take a look.
